2018 Wachau Gewürztraminer trocken "Semicolon", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly cloudy golden yellow. Nutty and clearly yellow-spicy scent of ripe, partly dried yellow fruits with yeasty and floral notes and hints of light tobacco. Clear, tightly knit, rather cool, tart-juicy fruit, clearly planty and yeasty notes, chalky-salty minerality, lively acidity, persistent and grippy on the palate, again some yellow spice, floral nuances, good depth, still young, very good, tight finish with bright, tart juice and cool spice.
