Very slightly cloudy gold. Firm, complex and quite deep, yeasty and yellow-spicy aroma of partly dried yellow fruits with floral aromas, nutty tones and minerality. Firmly woven, tart, yet very juicy fruit with spice and lots of grip, very fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, nutty, yeasty and a little tobacco flavours, delicately woody tones, good depth, multi-layered, has tension, clear minerality, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with tension and again also grip. Great
