Firm, cool nose, elegant vegetal notes, restrained pomaceous fruit, earthy, nutty and floral traces. Ripe, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, moderate tannins, yeasty notes, persistent and gripping, prominent light earthy and mineral notes, more nutty traces, some green bacon, quite firm, persistent, very good tart finish.
