Firm nose, dried vegetal, yeasty and light nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, yeasty, vegetal and nutty traces, hint of tobacco, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, noticeable bite, good to very good elegant, juicy finish.
