Restrained, fairly shy nose, firm, yeasty and light vegetal notes, hint of yellow fruit, touch of light flowers, prominent mineral notes. Clear, tart, delicately juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and vegetal aromas, very elegant acidity, good persistence and substance, integrtaed tannins provide grip, light salty mineral notes, some depth, clear contours, very good tart, grippy finish.
