Slightly murky light yellow colour. Nose still somewhat closed, yeasty, dried vegetal and light earthy notes, yellow fruit dominated by pomaceous aromas, light mineral notes, floral traces. Ripe, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, cool vegetal notes, more light earthy and salty mineral notes, lively, elegant acidity, persistent and grippy, integrated tannins, nutty traces in the background, some depth, more yeasty and prominent mineral notes on a very good tart, elegant, juicy, spicy finish. Give it some time to mature.
