Translate to English Zartwürzige, leicht parfümierte Gelbfruchtnase. Im Mund geschliffene, eingemachte grüne Apfelfrucht mit Tönen von Weingartenpfirsich, hat Kraft, aber auch gewisse Schärfe und Rauheit, eingebundene Säure, wuchtig und eher füllig, dabei ziemlich rustikal, aber nicht derb, braucht noch etwas Zeit, um den Alkohol einzubinden, adstringierende, bitterliche Noten im Hintergrund, guter Abgang.
