2008 Langhe DOC Favorita, Piedmont, Italy

Elegant green apple notes on the nose, hint of preserved white berries, delicate herbaceous notes. Fairly gentle preserved fruit on the palate, partly grated apples and some green pears, herbaceous as well as light floral notes, integrated acidity, has some substance, slightly tannic with some noticeable alcohol on an otherwise good finish.
