Cool apple citrus nose with yeasty and herbal-vegetal aromas and delicate floral notes. Fairly juicy, not completely dry fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty notes, some sugar candy, hint of tannins, fairly fine mousse, fairly persistent, good, sweetish, juicy, some herbaceous and yeasty notes on the finish.
