Slightly oxidative nose, pomaceous fruit and candied citrus, vegetal and earthy notes, spicy oak. Full-bodied on the palate, creamy ripe fruit, spicy oak, nutty notes, fairly prominent acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, more oyidative traces, good persistence, good finish. Basically still quite fresh, with some irritating oxidative notes that may have been caused by a less than tightly fitting cork.

Best to drink: Bis 2013+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Ripe melon on the nose, partly candied apples, delicate herbaceous notes, sweetish nutty spicy oak. Full-bodied on the palate, sweetish and creamy, prominent, but quite well integrated oak, very elegant acidity, very creamy, good substance, persistent, has some depth, still quite youthful, good to very good finish.
