2007 Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Fully developed nose, light meaty notes and some iodine, partly dried mixed berries, dried herbs, hint of bacon, light earthy notes. Tart, but fairly juicy fruit on the palate, salty notes, lively, elegant acidity, herbs and spices, light nutty, smoky oak, fine tannins, salty traces, hint of bacon, some bite on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
