Clearly yeasty and slightly dried vegetal pomaceous fruit nose with nutty and earthy to mineral notes. Clear, cool, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and some nutty spicy oak, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, some tannic touch, firm structure, some depth, some more yeasty notes , very good finish with train. Skillfully.
