2016 Moschoudi-Assyrtiko Wild Ferment, Peloponnese / Πελοπóννησος, Greece

Restrained pomaceous fruit with slightly vegetal notes, earthy and hint of peppery notes. Fairly tranquil fruit on the palate, light vegetal notes and some bacon, very elegant acidity, floral nuances in the background, delicate sweetish sugar candy, light tannic touch, fairly creamy, lemony and spicy yellow notes, quite a good finish.
