Translate to English Relativ herber, deutlich pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, auch etwas mineralischer Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie angedeutet grünem Speck. Geradlinige, feinsaftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, sehr feine Säure, gewisser Schmelz am Gaumen, mineralische Anklänge im Hintergrund, mittlere Kraft und etwas Wärme, gute Nachhaltigkeit, wieder ein Hauch Speck, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
