Editor note: Fairly mature nose, spicy berries, roasted notes and bacon, light animal notes and some undergrtowth. Already developed on the palate, touch of caramel, roasted notes and coffee, spicy, hint of dark chocolate, polished, partly dried berry fruit, mineral traces, very light lactic notes in the background, opens up and becomes more complex with aeration, integrated tannins, has some substance, shows its origins, good to very good finish.
