Cool, polished, herbal-vegetable scent of citrus and green berries with pome fruit notes, light floral nuances and clear minerality. Firm, cool and tart on the palate, elegantly juicy and clearly vegetal to herbaceous, some elderberry blossom on the palate, delicate yeasty and light nutty aromas, lively acidity, restrained tannins, persistent, earthy and mineral notes, fairly powerful, very good, tart finish .

Editor note: Pomaceous fruit with a hint of citrus on the nose, prominent mineral notes, herbaceous and vegetal traces, light nutty notes, delicate oak. More delicate oak and nutty notes on the palate, ripe fruit, very elegant acidity, herbaceous and grassy notes, touch of bell peppers, good substance and persistence, has some depth, very good finish.
