Translate to English Herbe, deutlich pflanzliche, für den hohen Alkohol eher kühle Nase nach weißen und ein wenig grünen Beeren mit gelbfruchtigen Nuancen, feinen Kräutern und hellen floralen Tönen. Reife, recht fest gewirkte, mehr weiße und grüne als gelbe Frucht mit hellen nussigen und etwas hefigen Tönen, moderates Holz, feine Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, noch jung, ein Hauch Speck im Hintergrund, viel Salz, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, fester Abgang mit herbem Saft sowie nussigen und floralen Anklängen. Sollte noch ein wenig reifen.
