Relativ herbe Frucht mit Melonen- und Zitrusaromen sowie frischen grün-vegetabilen Tönen, feine Säure, noch leicht deckender Gerbstoff, der sich mit Luft aber einbindet, erdige Töne, salzig und angedeutet floral, guter Abgang mit Biss und zartem Bitter.
