Geradlinige, etwas eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit zart süßlichem Schmelz und einem Hauch Zitronenverbene, feine, lebendige Säure, angedeutet Anis und Kaffee, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, feine Röstaromen, eine Spur Salz, guter Abgang.
