Quite firm, slightly smoky and tarry aroma of ripe black berries with a hint of plums, some dried herbs and hints of spiced bread crust. Clear, quite polished, fine-juicy fruit, very fine tannin and some bite, restrained power, herbaceous nuances, hints of citrus in the background, straightforward, relatively elegant style, which one hardly notices the alcohol power, fine spiciness, very good, clear, again fine-juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Leicht entwickelte, etwas animalische, grün-pflanzliche und holzwürzige Nase nach schwarzen und ein wenig roten Beeren mit erdigen und getrocknet-pilzigen Aromen. Lebendige, eingemacht-saftige, säuerliche Frucht, feines, jugendliches Tannin, etwas Biss, gute Nachhaltigkeit, nussige Anklänge und ein wenig Kakao, ganz zart rußige Anklänge, im Hintergrund ein wenig Salz, wieder grün-vegetabile Töne, ganz leichte Schärfe, guter Abgang mit frischem Saft, viel Säurebiss und wieder ein wenig grünen Noten.
