Apples and pears on the nose, prominent mineral notes, light yeasty notes and delicate, slightly spicy hay. Bone dry fruit, elegant and creamy, delicate herbaceous notes and more fairly prominent mineral and spicy notes, elegant, playful acidity, good persistence on the palate, light tannic touch, harmonious, mineral notes on the finish.
