Firm nose with intense spicy vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, dried citrus fruit and elderberry. Bone dry on the palate, again very spicy, vegetal, mineral and light yeasty notes, elegant acid bite, persistent, elegant tart notes, harmonious, good finish.
