Partly dried citrus fruit and some pomaceous fruit on the nose, capers and elderberry, spicy vegetal and mienral notes. Clear on the palate, fairly firm structure, bone dry, ample spicy vegetal notes, also cool, slightly metallic mienral notes, very elegant acidity, harmonious, good finish.
