Spicy nose, elderberries and herbs, candied citrus fruit, gooseberries and pomaceous fruit. Fairly mature on the palate, totally dry fruit, elegant and juicy, herbs and spices, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, elderberry, some mineral notes, medium bodied, light acid bite, good finish.

Editor note: Elegant, fairly complex nose, pomaceous fruit and citrus, grassy notes, herbs and spices, floral notes, light mineral touch, light spicy oak. Firmly structured, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, herbs and spices, delicate roasted notes, very elegant acidity evenly distributed, fairly creamy, good persistence, mineral notes in the background, very good finish.
