Pomaceous fruit and a hint of lemon on the nose, delicate spicy vegetal notes. Tranquil, elegantly spicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and light nutty notes, mineral traces in the background, fairly persistent, slightly creamy, fairly moderate acidity, quite a good finish.
