Im Mund geschliffene, recht saftige gelbe Frucht, nussige und karamellige Noten, vegetabile und florale Aromen, passende Säure, salzig-mineralische und wieder leicht speckige Nuancen am Gaumen, hat etwas Nachhaltigkeit, guter Abgang.
