Delicate floral and nutty notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, light earthy and yeasty traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, delicate nutty and vegetal aromas, elegant acidity, light mineral notes in the background, light grip, good persistence, straightforward style, delicate spicy traces in the background, light bite on a good, elegant, juicy finish.
