Clear nose, delicate vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit and a whiff of citrus, nutty traces, earthy and mineral notes. Straightforward, dry, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, light vegetal aromas, still very delicately yeasty, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, mineral traces, harmonious and polished, good to very good elegant juicy finish.
