Light dried vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, restrained yellow and green fruit, whiff of elderflower, mineral traces, Clear, polished, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, touch of soup greens, prominent bay leaf, some juniper, delicate nutty oak, fairly persistent, elegant style, mineral and floral traces, hint of dark berries, elegant spice on a very good polished, fairly cool finish.

Editor note: Cool vegetal nose, pomaceous fruit, some green berries, whiff of elderflower. Clear, cool, elegant, juicy, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and floral traces, still slightly yeasty, very elegant acidity, good persistence, polished style, light mineral notes in the background, clear contours, very good elegant, juicy finish with a hint of dark berries.
