Still veryslightlyyeasty on the nose, prominent vegetal and delicate nutty notes, yellow and green fruit, light mineral notes in the background. Clear, fairly firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, light floral notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, fairly prominent mineral notes, some grip, good persistence, delicate hint of elderflowers on a very good finish.
