Cool nose, light vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, light yellow fruit, hint of root vegetables. Clear, straightforward, tart fruit on the palate, delicately creamy, elegant, fairly lively acidity, yeasty notes, vegetal notes reminiscent of celery, elegant grip, fairly persistent, light salty notes, good to very good finish.
