Earthy, a hint of sooty and tobacco fragrance with quite dark berry aromas, woody notes, Provence herbs and a hint of juniper. Clear, very lightly ripened, partly preserved fruit, liquorice notes, again also a little soot, present, only a little bit drying the tannins, which are much more harmonious with air, lots of strength and warmth of alcohol, a hint of coffee grounds, peppery notes, vegetal notes in the background, very good, increasingly juicy finish with ethereal spice.
