Slightly vegetal and yeasty scent with yellow-fruity, delicate nutty and floral aromas, some herbs and clear mineral notes. Cool, clear, elegantly juicy fruit, firm and tart, lively, elegant acidity, persistent, some hint, nutty aromas, yeasty to slightly tobacco spice, light mineral notes, certain depth, has power despite the moderate alcohol, very good, again firm finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester und dabei sehr feiner, nussiger, etwas hefiger und leicht vegetabiler Duft mit feinen gelbfruchtigen und kräuterigen Noten sowie heller Mineralik und dazu Feuerstein. Nussig, leicht tabakig und etwas schmelzig im Mund, ruhige, trockene Frucht mit melonigen Tönen, etwas Salz und erdige Noten im Hintergrund, ausgezeichnete Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, florale Nuancen, sehr feine, marmorierende Säure, etwas Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. Hat Klasse.
