2015 Minervois AOC Syrah-Grenache Noir Le Balthazar, BIO, Languedoc, France

Reducing, slightly green, herbaceous and fairly animal nose after cherries and mixed berries with some chocolate. Still slightly developed, slightly juicy fruit, with some banana, milk chocolate and pepper, fine juicy, youthful tannin and some bite, certain power and persistence, herbaceous nuances, a touch of root vegetables, tobacco and bacon, a bit of juniper in the background, also laurel and coffee set, quite good finish.
