2016 Pays d'Oc IGP Viognier-Sauvignon Blanc Le Petit Balthazar, Languedoc, France

Cool vegetal and delicate earthy nose with yellow fruit and hints of floral notes. Clear, again cool, lean fruit, yeasty and grassy notes on the palate, vegetal notes, light bell peppers, fairly persistent, light acid bite, attractive to good finish.
