2017 Pays d'Oc IGP Viognier Cuvée Balthazar, Languedoc, France

Herbal to herbal and floral scent with yellow fruit and very slightly greasy notes. Clear, straightforward, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, salt in the background, some bacon again, still youthful, fairly persistent, good finish.
