The estate is located in the municipality of Marling (Marlengo) above Merano in the Italian wine-growing area South-Tirol (Region Trentino-Alto Adige ). The former fruit farm with apple cultivation was transformed into a winery. The company also offers vineyard and cellar tours followed by wine tasting. The owners Herta and Erhard Tutzer led over several decades also one nursery and were able to contribute their rich experiences during the changeover. In the selection of grape varieties were primarily the location, the microclimate and the soil quality involved. The four leading varieties are Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. The management is done in an environmentally friendly, natural way. Among other things will be on fertilization with mineral fertilizer and use of herbicides waived.

Great attention is paid to quality-enhancing yield reduction and processing of healthy, fully ripe grapes by appropriate selection. After the temperature-controlled, slow fermentation, the expansion takes place depending on the type of wine in steel tank, small and / or large wooden barrel. ZPremium wines are Pinot Noir (5,000 bottles / ha, small and large oak barrels), Sauvignon Blanc Exclusiv (1.20 kg / vine, temperature-controlled wooden barrel) and Riesling (1.20 kg / vine, stainless steel). After bottling, the wines ripen for another three months before being marketed. Of 30,000 vines, around 30,000 bottles of wine are produced in the upper quality segment. This means that, on average, one vine produces a bottle of 0.75 liter of wine. The winery is a member of the vintners' association Free winegrowers South Tyrol,
