2015 Barolo DOCG Bricco San Pietro "Vigna d'la Roul", Piedmont, Italy

Firm and deep, leathery, tobacco and some undergrowth, red and black berries, tart notes and dried vegetal notes. Ripe, juicy, very firm fruit with prominent, ripe, fine sandy tannins, some roasted notes, tobacco and undergrowth, full-bodied and persistent on the palate, some coffee and tar in the background, also a hint of dried fruit, still young, some depth, almost one less sweetish and creamy, more juicy with air, very good, taut finish with mature, partly preserved fruit, spicy and toasted notes.
