2009 Barbera d'Alba DOC Costa Bruna, Piedmont, Italy

Tart nose, black berries and some red berries and cherries, dried vegetal and delicate floral notes, light earthy notes. Fairly juicy but also tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and slightly salty notes, delicate acid bite, earthy notes, fairly persistent, attractive to good finish.
