Poderi Garona di Duella Renzo
Winery Wines

2010 Boca DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Somewhat developed, slightly open nose, partly mixed mixed berries, leaves, tobacco and undergrowth with dried floral and some petrol notes. Tart, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, light sugar candy, dark caramel and dark chocolate, spicy oak and cardamom, lively acidity, fine sandy and slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, hint of tobacco, tart spicy spices, good substance, good to very good finish. The wood makes it a bit brittle at the moment.
