2015 Roero Arneis DOCG Occhetti, Piedmont, Italy

Restrained yellow fruit on the nose, delicate nutty traces, light herbs and spices. Restrained fruit again on the palate, vegetal notes, light nutty oak, very elegant acidity, moderate tannins, slightly persistent, yeasty notes, hint of bacon in the background, earthy traces, good finish.
