2013 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Dried herbaceous and a hint of leathery aroma of red and some black berries with delicate tobacco, old oak, peppery spicy and earthy notes. Ripe, tart, juicy, quite firm fruit on the palate, fairly firm, fine sandy tannins, light acid bite, light herbaceous notes, more restrained peppery notes, hint of tobacco, good grip, has some depth, fairly cool, very firm, tart, juicy finish.
