Editor note: Firm nose, toasted notes, hint of bacon and tobacco and some tar, black and a few red berries, cedary aromas, hint of partlydried mushrooms. Ripe, firm, juicy dark fruit on the palate, partly dried and preserved, full body, but also has noticeable bite, youthful, fairly firm tannins, spicy traces, light cedary notes, persistent, good depth, still young, toasted traces on a very good, firm, juicy, spicy finish.
