Translate to English Relativ kühler, etwas nussiger, zart floraler und getrocknet-kräuteriger Duft nach teils eingemachten roten Beeren mit pfeffrigen und minzigen Anklängen. Geradlinige, eher herbe Frucht mit zart süßlichem Schmelz und an Himbeeren erinnernden Nuancen, feine, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige und hell-tabakige Töne, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit gewisser Wärme, aber auch animierend frischem Saft sowie leicht nussigen Tönen.
