Ochre yellow colour. Citrus and pomaceous fruit on the nose, light yellow spice, some tobacco and light vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, some wild herbs, animal traces and floral traces. Clear, cool, firm fruit on the palate, elegant, fairly lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, persistent, mineral notes in the background, fairly prominent but also integrated tannins, resiny traces, slightly creamy, some depth, delicate hint of sugar candy, very good juicy, creamy, spicy finish.
