2017 Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC L'Opaline, Provence, France

Rather cool and delicately yeasty fragrance with vegetable to herbaceous tones, as well as red berries, stone fruit and floral notes. Tart, polished, finely juicy fruit with vegetable, nutty and slightly vegetable tones, earthy and red berry notes in the background, somewhat salty minerality, lively, very fine acidity, good to very good finish with a hint of stone fruit and light nutty tones.
