Translate to English Noch eine Spur reduktive, deutlich vegetabile und leicht pfeffrige Kirsch- und Beerennase mit Noten getrockneter Provence-Kräuter. Recht saftige, geschliffene, eher herbe Frucht im Mund, ganz leicht marmeladig, pflanzliche und wieder getrocknet-kräuterige Würze, nussige Töne am Gaumen, leicht sandiges Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, wärmender Alkohol, süßlicher Schmelz, aber auch etwas Biss, recht guter Abgang mit schokoladig-laktischen Tönen.
