Firm, cool and tart, clearly yeasty and at the same time a touch oxidative aroma with bright yellow fruity and a little planty notes as well as clear minerality. Clear, ripe and delicately melting, yet cool and rather tightly knit fruit, very fine acidity, distinctly yeasty notes, persistent on the palate, has substance, yet remains lean and elegant, certain depth, tart nutty aromas, again delicately oxidative tones, very good finish with calm juice, minerality and fine spice.
