2001 D.O. Toro, Castilla y León, Spain

Strong roasted, oaky aromas on the nose, animal notes, subdued plums. Intense roasted notes on the palate, lots of dry oak tannins, coconut and vanilla, juicy fruit in the background, very full body, attractive finish. Needs time to mature.
