Slightly developed, dried vegetal to herbaceous and earthy scent of dark berries and a little cherries with notes of red pepper and spicy nuances. Partly preserved, ripe, yet tart fruit with nutty wood spice, some milk chocolate and dried vegetal and peppery notes, good sustainability, only noticeable alcohol, but which integrates well with air, becomes firmer, polished and juicy, slightly bitter cocoa tones, very good finish with dark juice and herbal nuances ..
